33 patti Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Platform Member

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33 patti" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 33patti.net, including all associated web pages, applications, games, and features.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 33 patti platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual user account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on 33 patti.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transactional currency on the 33 patti platform.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the real-money PKR funds held within a Member's 33 patti account, available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credit awarded by 33 patti that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any sum of PKR staked on a casino game, sports event, or other wagerable outcome on the 33 patti platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process on 33 patti requiring submission of valid Pakistan CNIC documentation.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by 33 patti.

By accessing or using the 33 patti platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 33 patti platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33 patti. Your continued use of the 33 patti platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 33 patti recommends that Members review these Terms periodically for updates.

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 33 patti reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Any funds in an underage account will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the 33 patti platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where 33 patti identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts by the same person are considered fraudulent and will be reversed.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistan mobile number, a valid email address, and your CNIC number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of the details change. 33 patti reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3.4 Prohibited Registrations

The following categories of individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 33 patti:

• Individuals under 18 years of age
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by 33 patti
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 33 patti and its associated service providers
• Individuals using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to register accounts

4.1 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33 patti account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 33 patti will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your 33 patti account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 33 patti support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 33 patti will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account upon notification.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

All 33 patti Members are required to complete CNIC-based KYC verification before withdrawal requests will be processed. KYC verification requires submission of clear photographs of both sides of your valid Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). 33 patti may additionally request supporting documentation including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations for high-value accounts.

Failure to complete KYC verification does not prevent you from placing wagers or using bonus balances; however, no withdrawal of real-money funds from your 33 patti wallet will be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed and approved.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

33 patti accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. 5.3 Currency and Exchange

The 33 patti platform operates exclusively in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to PKR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation, as displayed in the deposit panel at the time of transaction.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 33 patti platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game type — Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Jackpot Slots, sports betting, cockfighting markets, and all other products have individual rule sets available within each game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settled bets will be voided and stakes returned to wallet balances unless a specific sport rule states otherwise (for example, cricket Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application rules). 33 patti's decision on the settlement of sports bets is final.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 33 patti platform are subject to these general conditions and to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail. 33 patti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus balances on 33 patti must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money PKR funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets placed in excluded games, or below minimum odds where applicable, do not contribute towards wagering requirement fulfilment.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse"), or any other conduct that 33 patti reasonably determines to be an exploitation of bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance, reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension. 33 patti's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33 patti platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manage accounts, or interact with the platform in any automated manner
• Collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 33 patti
• Using the platform to launder money or to process proceeds of criminal activity in any form
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to obtain unfair winnings — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are considered void
• Systematic arbitrage betting where accounts are used primarily to exploit pricing discrepancies rather than for genuine recreational wagering
• Any conduct intended to defraud 33 patti or other Members of the platform

All content on the 33 patti platform — including but not limited to the 33 patti brand name, logo, game designs, software, graphics, text, data, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 33 patti or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33 patti platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 33 patti content without express written permission from 33 patti.

33 patti collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 33patti.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 33 patti and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Key data points collected by 33 patti include registration information (name, CNIC, mobile number, email), KYC documentation, transaction records, betting history, device and access logs, and communication records with the 33 patti support team. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

33 patti is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PKR deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases have a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PKR loss thresholds. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits — Set maximum continuous session durations. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out of the 33 patti session automatically.
• Reality Checks — Enable pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying the amount wagered and time elapsed in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion — Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the 33 patti platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible before the selected period expires for temporary exclusions; permanent exclusions are irrevocable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33 patti's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 33 patti wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33 patti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond 33 patti's reasonable control
• Delayed or failed transactions attributable to third-party payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions)
• Loss of access to your account due to forgotten credentials where 33 patti has provided standard recovery mechanisms
• Variations in game outcomes that are within normal statistical variance for the applicable game RTP
• Actions taken by 33 patti in good faith enforcement of these Terms, including account suspension or bonus cancellation

33 patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• The account is involved in suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering
• The Member is using the platform in a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited
• Maintaining the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 33 patti

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money PKR wallet balance that is not subject to ongoing investigation may be returned to the Member's verified payment method after a compliance review period. Any Bonus Balance is forfeited upon closure for cause regardless of wagering requirement status.

Members may voluntarily close their 33 patti account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and 33 patti arising from these Terms or use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication in the first instance.

Any formal dispute should be submitted in writing to 33 patti's support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 33 patti will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.

33 patti's decisions on all wagering outcomes, bonus settlements, and account determinations are made in good faith based on available data and system records. These decisions are final within the scope of the internal dispute process unless overturned through formal legal proceedings.

33 patti reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those affecting Member rights, payment processes, or game rules — will be communicated to registered Members via email to the registered email address and/or via a notification displayed upon the next 33 patti Login following the amendment date.

Continued use of the 33 patti platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section will be revised upon each update. Members who do not agree with amended Terms should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
